Partnership to Drive Technology and Document Management Efficiencies in Enterprise Settings

FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 4 – CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced a global alliance with Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) to create and deliver comprehensive information technology (IT) and document management solutions targeted at industries including public sector, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance and financial services.

This announcement builds on an existing business relationship between the two companies. Xerox has provided CSC customers with document management services and technology that increases the impact of transactional printing – bringing personalisation and color to account statements, invoices, bills and product collaterals. The alliance will further enable customers to benefit from joint innovation in their business processes and reduce their document-related costs.

CSC also named Xerox to its recently formed Premier Partnership Program – developed to more effectively work with alliance partners in addressing customers’ business needs.
