The winter edition of Smart Business continues to reflect new and relevant insights into business in Europe today.

This issue focuses on leadership – from building tomorrow’s leaders through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, to celebrating today’s leaders at the annual National Business Awards.

The cover story features one great leader, Sir George Mathewson, Chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland, who continues to push the boundaries, whilst keeping one foot firmly grounded in his Scottish roots.
