Welcome to the latest issue of CSC's client magazine, Smart Business, our business journal designed to bring fresh insights and perspectives, and stimulating ideas to help you take your business forward.

With government organisations across the world looking to achieve a more customer-focused approach to delivery of services, this edition focuses on the challenges involved in achieving this and highlights some notable successes so far.
