A few snapshots of our work with companies within the telecommunications sector.
A Wholesale Solution for BT
As a core part of the BT Group, BT Wholesale runs all of the BT networks and provides services and solutions (e.g. broadband) to other communications companies. It also ensures that the many hundreds of millions of calls and internet connections a day that cross the BT network all get through.
Working alongside the business, CSC developed an innovative hub solution. This streamlined and simplified the integration of applications used by BT Wholesale, allowing it to respond to market demands rapidly and efficiently. The successful co-operation culminated in CSC being recognised as BT’s top supplier at their prestigious Supplier Investing in Excellence Awards in November 2003.
