Innovation & Leadership Programme - Turning Innovation Into Reality

CSC knows that taking ideas from mind to market can be a complex, high risk process. We have therefore incorporated two components within the Innovation & Leadership Programme designed to assist clients along this path.
The European Innovation Centre
Based in CSC’s European headquarters in Aldershot, the European Innovation Centre (EIC) is one of three centres established so far around the world. The others are in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Noida, India. CSC's Innovation Centres provide a unique, low risk, environment in which new processes can be tested and evaluated and solutions to business problems developed. They afford Innovation & Leadership Programme members one way of progressing their ideas towards reality.
The EIC is used by many clients as a cost effective way of gauging the business value of fresh concepts before they embark on full-blown projects. Use of the Centre also helps the personnel involved to focus on all aspects of a solution - across people, process and technology domains.
CSC Centres Of Excellence
Keeping pace with the latest developments and trends as they affect individual industries or markets is a constant struggle. That’s why, as part of its Innovation & Leadership Programme, CSC has so far created seventeen specialised global Centres of Excellence that are committed to staying ahead of the technology curve.
Established and certified by the Leading Edge Forum, the Centres are dedicated facilities that work to maximise the potential from cross-sector or industry-specific technologies, applications, or methodologies. Centres of Excellence span the financial services, healthcare and aviation industries, to name but a few. Cross-industry focus includes supply chain practice, information security and business process management (the latter being based in the UK).
